The Flight Line Cart (FLC) was designed to protect the TTU-205 and FLMTS against damage through mishandling. This can occur due to the test sets weight and various handling procedures. The FLC provides easy transportation of the TTU-205 from the tool crib or shop to the aircraft under test.

Features

The Flight Line Cart (FLC) was specifically designed to protect the TTU-205 and FLMTS against damage on the flight line. Many TTU-205 units are damaged through mishandling, in most cases due to the test sets weight and handling procedures. The Flightline cart provides ease of maneuverability of the TTU-205 from the tool crib or shop to the aircraft under test. When not in use, the cart can be stowed away with the folding handle. The FLC features:
• Folding T-Handle allows the maintainer to easily hand tow the unit
• Hinged folding tow bar folds over test set for storage
• Low pressure, rubber pneumatic tires and rubber padding absorb most shock
• Highly visible, quick apply & release manual hand brake locks the cart for use on the flight line or storage
• Single-acting, positive locking quick-release pins secure the tow arms for quick and easy locking at 90 or 180 degrees

New! TTU-205 High Mobility Case Replacement

As an alternative to the FLC, we now offers a replacement TTU-205 case which features a retractable handle and recessed wheels. This case is a form fit and functional replacement for the current TTU-205 case. Simply give us the color (Commercial Yellow, Olive Drab Green or Gray) and the serial number of the test set and we will ship a direct replacement, with monel mesh gasket included.
