When the equipment arrives, it is taken out of its case and given a thorough visual and mechanical inspection. If repairs are necessary, we will provide a full teardown of all costs and get approval prior to doing any work (unless asked to do otherwise). When the unit is repaired, it is checked for accuracy and calibrated to stringent requirements. The unit is then repacked and shipped back with Incoming & Outgoing Inspection Reports, Calibration Data (before and after if required) and Calibration Certificate.
Turn-around times for equipment vary based on what is currently in our repair queue. If the unit requires minimal work and all the parts are in stock, turn around times are typically two (2) weeks. This is dependent on several other factors including current workload, equipment type and how quickly repair estimates are approved. Expedite of repairs and calibrations are available.
