Maintenance and Calibration Test Stand

The Maintenance and Calibration Test Stand (MCTS) was designed specifically to assist maintainers when calibrating, troubleshooting, or repairing the TTU-205 and Flight Line Maintenance test sets. The MCTS features rotating mounting arms which are designed to securely lock the TTU-205 front panel. These arms allow the test set to be rotated a full 360° and lock in place every 45°.

The test stand is equipped with locking caster wheels allowing for easy transport. The MCTS is the perfect tool for supporting repairs, retrofits, and calibrations. It was designed with user safety in mind with its lightweight and durable construction. Technician safety is increased by limiting the amount of times operators are required to lift the test set. Damage is also reduced from drops or other mishandling

The MCTS provides easy access to all TTU-205 components including the A1 to A5 Circuit Cards. When mounted on the stand the TTU-205 rests on two solid aluminum arms. Each arm is designed with rubber pads to reduce noise and eliminate vibration. In addition, the arms are equipped with precision ball bearings which enable the user to swivel the unit 360° with no binding whatsoever. The arms are equipped with spring loaded locking pins providing the user the option of locking the unit every 45° for ease of access.
