Precision Extender Board

The Precision Trim Extender Board makes TTU-205 calibrations and adjustments quick and easy. The extender board eliminates the need for general purpose test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters. Pot adjustments for R-11 Fast Warm-Up and R-37 Servo Gain trim can be set in minutes using the extender board. The board also has an advanced diagnostic tool, allowing calibration technicians to monitor valve states, power supply voltages, transducer frequency outputs, and a number of other analog and/or digital signals. The extender board can be used with all TTU-205 Printed Circuit Boards (A1-A5), including TestVonics Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) A2 PCB and Enhanced I/O A1 PCB.
