New Commercial Pitot Static Test Set

ADTS-3250-demo2

Raptor Scientific is launching a new commercial pitot static test set. The newest ADTS is based on our rugged, proven, and reliable ADTS-3350 series. It has a smaller, lighter form factor with lower rates and ranges for the commercial market.

The ADTS-3250 air data test set operates using the included WiFi 7.0″ touchscreen remote control unit (a 25ft remote cable is also included). This allows the operator to control the test set from the cockpit, without any wires. The ADTS will be available in either a 2 or 3-channel configuration. For aircraft equipped with a smart probe, the third channel can be used to test AoA and AoS. Additionally, the 3rd channel can be used over the range of either the Ps or Pt channel. For customers who do not currently require a 3-channel unit, the 2-channel test set can be upgraded to a 3-channel configuration.

Our graphical user interface is intuitive and virtually eliminates the learning curve. Aircraft Select mode allows the operator to select the preloaded aircraft under test after startup. Each aircraft can have individually programmed test sequences, allowing for semi-automated testing on the flightline. Aircraft profiles, images, and test sequences can easily be added, edited or removed using our included Profile Builder software.

The ADTS-3250 will be offered with a standard 2-year warranty, a 1-year calibration included, 48-hour guaranteed turnaround calibration services, free software updates as well as a loaner program to reduce downtime.

Production is expected to begin around June 2023. Contact Raptor Scientific for additional information or to set up a demonstration.

Munition Industry Physical Properties Systems Support

Raptor Scientific began supporting the Munitions Industry over 50 years ago with our highly accurate Mass Properties instruments and our extremely safe Igniter Circuit Testers.

In both the R&D realm and in production, our precision mass properties measurement instruments support the development of munitions ranging from transonic projectiles to smart weapons to hypersonic weapons requiring cutting-edge performance. We also develop specialized balance solutions for missile seeker assemblies and control surfaces.

Our ultra-safe igniter circuit testers guarantee that critical firing circuits will work when needed. Rocket motors, countermeasures, missile strakes, complex weapon systems, and fuzes for high-energy explosives all rely on Raptor Scientific Igniter Circuit Testers to ensure proper operation through testing at safe electrical current levels prior to deployment. From single-channel flightline units to automated multi-channel testers, Raptor Scientific offers a full suite of standard and custom test solutions.

New Regional Distribution Partners

On January 31, 2023, Raptor Scientific signed distribution and representative agreements with Alkor Networks and Bney Meir. These two companies will provide in-depth analysis and consultation on regional aerospace needs in addition to serving distributors for already present Raptor products in their respective territories.

Alkor Networks, serving Morocco and greater northwestern Africa, has an established presence within the aerospace infrastructure and will be tasked with supporting the soon-to-be operational F-16 and C-130 depot maintenance facilities in that region. Bney Meir will begin both civil and defense aerospace representation and distribution for Israel.
