At Medtherm, we understand that accurate thermal measurements are critical to your testing, qualification, and research programs. That’s why we offer comprehensive calibration and repair services designed to keep your heat flux sensors, radiometers, and thermal measurement equipment operating at peak performance.

All calibrations are performed in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012-1, and ISO/IEC 17025 procedures, with full traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Our radiant calibration process references both blackbody simulator source standards and Kendall Absolute Cavity (ECR) Radiometers as detector standards, ensuring high-confidence measurement accuracy for demanding aerospace, defense, industrial, and research applications.

Medtherm provides recalibration services for a wide range of heat flux transducers and radiometers – including many competitor-manufactured sensors. Standard calibration services include recoating (where applicable) and recalibration, with optional “as received” data available upon request. Typical turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks from receipt.
