In-Phase Technologies is a leader in systems for automated testing of production-ready components and systems, known as ATE. Engineers and production test personnel use ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to verify their systems.

In-Phase Technologies provides deep technology expertise across a wide range of testing disciplines, including analog, digital, RF, microwave, and fiber-optic sub-assembly and component performance. Our Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems are configured to meet each customer’s specific measurement requirements and frequently leverage Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware combined with our standard or custom-developed software. We also offer Special Test Equipment (STE) capabilities, and turnkey systems typically include custom-designed interface devices and test fixtures. To ensure quality and performance, each ATE development project undergoes multiple formal design reviews.

Conveniently located within a one-hour drive of Newark and Philadelphia airports, In-Phase Technologies operates from a 20,000-square-foot facility designed to support the full product lifecycle. Our facility includes an engineering design and prototype laboratory, a rapid-prototyping machine shop, and a dedicated production area for electronic assembly and final testing. Supporting infrastructure includes liquid nitrogen (LN2), compressed air, vacuum systems, and comprehensive ESD grounding throughout.

In-Phase Technologies is uniquely staffed to deliver total ATE solutions spanning common system architectures through highly specialized Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs). Our capabilities include a wide variety of circuit experience, a true open-architecture approach, and complete documentation packages that support long-term system use and maintenance. With more than 25 years in business, we bring extensive test experience across digital circuits, low-frequency analog, RF, microwave, and lightwave components, assemblies, and subsystems.

Our greatest strength is our people. In-Phase Technologies employs a highly qualified team of engineers and technicians whose individual experience ranges from three to more than 30 years. Team members bring backgrounds in RF and microwave technology, mixed-signal ATE development, and quality management, enabling us to deliver reliable, high-performance test solutions.

In-Phase Technologies products are used across a wide range of industries, with our most significant markets including defense electronics, satellite systems, medical devices, and microwave component manufacturing. Over the years, we have delivered numerous ATE systems and related products to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies. Additionally, we have supported customers in the avionics, communications, photonics, and semiconductor industries.
